In the learner community of King's kindergarten, everyone is continuously learning, which has become our common lifestyle. We encourage teachers to be lifelong learners, we provide targeted and continuous training to each teacher, and continuously promote their professional growth. We will also use the Classroom Assessment Scoring System as an observational assessment tool to main quality between teachers and the children. It assesses the teachers' professional ability to promote teachers' professional growth.
